At iNET we offer a managed domain registration which means we register your domain for you in your company's name.  The domain is stored in our bulk registry and monitored daily.  When it is time to renew your domain we send you an invoice via US mail and contact you if necessary.*

The reason for the managed domain concept comes from years of experience with customers losing domain names due to the fact that they changed their email address or that the person that was handling it moved on.  Once a domain expires it is scooped up by companies whose only function is to capture mature domains and either sell them back to you for hundreds of dollars or sell them to your competitors for the same market.
